Skilled nursing

Our skilled registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses demonstrate commitment to your safe and rapid recovery. They provide skilled care and helpful instructions to their patients and family members which promotes independence at home, increasing their comfort and improving their health.

**Services provided but not limited to: Wound care, Foley Catheter Care, IV antibiotics, IV therapy and IV hydration, pre and post-operative care, diabetic education and care, tracheostomy care, cardiac educational programs for congestive heart failure and cardiac rehabilitation, portable X-Ray, EKG and 2D echocardiogram, vascular doppler studies, pulse oximetry, telemedicine.

Physical Therapy | Occupational Therapy | Speech Therapy
Physical therapists design an individual program for you to regain strength and mobility. Occupational Therapists assist patients in improving their abilities to perform daily activities, and to implement the rehabilitation and treatment programs. Our Speech Therapists help patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.

Certified Home Health Aides

A Certified Home Health Aide will assist the patient with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation and exercises under professional supervision.

Medical Social Workers

Medical Social Workers provide counseling to patients and families to help cope with social and emotional issues related to the patient’s illness. Our specialists assist family members to access various community resources to help them care properly for the patient.
